Dmytro Luspenyk Is Elected to Post of Secretary of Plenum of Supreme Court

107 judges of 111 registered ones on the Plenum elected Dmytro Luspenyk to the post of the Secretary of the Plenum of the Supreme Court under the proposal of the President of the Supreme Court.

In 2008 – 2011 Mr. Luspenyk worked as a judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. In 2011 he was elected as a judge of the High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases. During a long time Dmytro Luspenyk was the Secretary of the HSCU Plenum and organized its work.

Mr. Luspenyk is an honoured lawyer of Ukraine, PhD in Law and docent. He has authority among judges, as well as among scholars and advocates.

Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” Secretary of the Plenum of the Supreme Court shall organize work of the Secretariat of the Plenum, preparation for the Plenum, ensure record-keeping and control the implementation of resolutions passed by the Plenum of the Supreme Court.
